It seems that my dad has issued me an ultimatum. It’s got to be either school or work. Oh well, I knew the mooching gig couldn’t last forever! I have to say I made a pretty good run at it though. I graduated from high school a year and a half ago, and the most I’ve had to do so far is some yard work and cleaning the pool. Oh, I’m going to miss that gig!
Of course I saw this coming like a freight train. Dad and his girlfriend who lives here too (and is hot!) have been bugging me to get a job or go to college for a long time. And let’s face it; the job thing isn’t going to fly. I’ve worked really hard at not getting a job for over a year now! I did start looking into colleges, but nothing I can get into really interests me. I would much rather hang out by the pool or golf than go to school or work.
One of my friends told me about something that might just work though. There is a golf school, like a college for golf careers! I love golfing, and I’m really good at it. So it makes sense that I could teach golf. I think I could handle going to work if that meant putting on my new Nike golf shoes.
